Refund Policy

Thank you for using Online PAN Card Editor. Our goal is to provide a reliable service. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our premium digital download service.
Our General Policy
As our service offers an **irreversible digital product** that is generated and delivered instantly after payment, we generally do not issue refunds once the product has been made available for download. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur, and we are committed to fairness.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion. Below are the conditions under which a refund may be eligible.
Eligibility for a Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical Failure: If you make a successful payment but a technical error on our server prevents the generation or delivery of your high-quality PAN card file.
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
- File Not Delivered: If you complete the payment successfully but do not receive a download link within the specified timeframe (e.g., on the success page or via email).
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Issued
We are unable to provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- User Input Errors: If the generated PAN card contains incorrect information (e.g., wrong name, father's name, DOB, or PAN number) because you entered the details incorrectly in the form. Please double-check all information before making a payment.
- Change of Mind: We cannot issue a refund if you change your mind after the premium digital file has been successfully downloaded.
- Download Link Expiration: Our secure download links are time-sensitive and expire for security reasons (e.g., within 15 minutes). We are not responsible for issuing a refund if you fail to download the file before the link expires.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: If the generated card accurately reflects the data you provided and matches the preview, we cannot issue a refund based on dissatisfaction with the tool's intended output.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team within **48 hours** of the transaction.

Please include the following information in your email:
- The **Order ID** of your transaction (e.g., `PAN_...`).
- The email address you used to make the payment.
- The date and time of the transaction.
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Refund Processing
Our team will review your refund request within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your **original method of payment** via our payment gateway, Cashfree. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
